When you come to study or work in the UK there’s a gap in the information, help, and advice that’s available.

Universities think employers should give you everything you need to know about working after your studies, while employers just want to hire the best people. They may be registered as a Tier 2 sponsor, but not be actively sponsoring students.

As a result, you may be left confused, frustrated, and battling to find a job in a foreign language. We exist to help you secure the Tier 2 job that you want, providing all the support you need to succeed in the competitive UK job market.

Successful and unsuccessful people do not vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potential.

Why the UK?

The UK job market attracts international students for two key reasons – increased earning potential and varied career opportunities. The average UK graduate starting salary is £30,000, a figure that represents an excellent return on the investment that international students have made within their education. Salaries within specialised and lucrative industries such as investment banking can also be significantly higher, creating even more of an incentive to build a career in the UK.

Luckily, because the UK has a large, service-driven economy, it is able to sustain plenty of graduate career opportunities across a wide range of different industries. Talented graduates and international students have the skills that these positions require, and, as long as they are able to communicate these skills to potential employers effectively, they can take advantage of the available opportunities within their chosen industries.
